We generally work with our clients to adjust the rate and artwork complexity to a level that works with them.

Getting a Custom Plushie!

Email us at bubblejarart@gmail.com to order a custom plushie! Prices will be determined based on your request. Some factors that will be considered are materials and complexity.

Process

1. You send your inquiry through email
2. We agree on price and commission work
3. Full payment is required before we work on your order
4. We begin production on your order. We allow for 3 rounds of checkins where you can request for changes. (sketches, colors, render)
5. We email or mail you the final product

Terms of Service

  • Prices are subject to differ from the above
  • Commissions must be paid in full before we work on a commission
  • Don't send us a payment before we agree on a commission and have requested a payment
  • The time it will take to finish your commission will vary between 1 week to 3 months depending on the requested complexity. However, it will most likely fall between the 1-3 week range.
  • A fee will be added for any major changes during checkins
  • Bubble Jar Art reserves the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for whatever reason
  • Bubble Jar Art retains all copyrights over the commissioned artwork
  • Bubble Jar Art does NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork
  • Bubble Jar Art reserves the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in any portfolios, as well as any publications.
  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece
  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes
  • Unless we cancel the order, refunds will not be issued once we start working on a commission
  • If you cancel the order before we start a commission, you will receive a refund.
